Description and Explanation of Anomaly:
This picture shows a mist/fog that was not physically present at this location when the picture was taken.  The weather conditions at this location during this night were clear with little wind.  Also, no person was standing in the immediate vicinity when this picture was taken.  There clearly is a sort of shape on the right side of picture that looks like a blot of fog.  This image is also easily found on the gray scale picture.  After more analysis and other people's opinions and perceptions, some have said the image looks like a priest's/father's head.  A nose, some eyes and eye sockets, and even a traditional hat of a priest/father is recognized by those who believe it to be a priest/father.  It is interesting to note that this picture was taken on top of a mound overlooking the gravesites of some of first priests/fathers of Oshkosh.  Even before I told the onlookers of this picture that information, they still thought it did resemble a face/head of a priest/father.   Whether or not this is a face or head of a church figure is hard to ascertain completely; however, the image in this picture is hard to refute and is clearly some sort of anomaly.
Other Notes:
This picture was taken before the formation of Xink, which then was renamed to WIX.  This was one of our first ghost hunting experiences, and this picture was taken before WIX acquired its digital camera.
