*150 years ago, long before the
Secura Insurance Companies built on this land, there was
a pond where narrow pipes filtered water out of the area.
One day, a family went on a picnic by the pond. A
little girl from the family wandered off and fell into
the water. When she tumbled into the pond, she
struck one of the pipes and subsequently drowned.-SL
