on Linden St, The Octagon House will be on the right on the corner
of Linden St and South St, located at
276 Linden St.
Physical Description:
This building, constructed in 1856, is in
a quiet neighborhood by the former Goodrich High School in Fond du
Lac. The Octagon House is kept in fine shape and boasts
numerous secret passageways which were used for the Underground
Railroad. The interior of the house and some passageways can be viewed by taking
tours through this historic building.
