Physical Description:
This is a long and busy road that
originates in Green Bay, goes through Howard (also Hwy Hs), and
eventually ends about four miles outside Howard by Hwy 41 where it
turns into Frontage Rd. Along Velp Ave, there are many
businesses, and this road is mostly a four lane road (two lanes for
both sides of traffic).
