Physical Description:
This old, beige, two-story mansion is
one of Wisconsin's oldest buildings; and according to the plaque in
front of the building, it is Wisconsin's first deed. This
building is central to the founding of the city of Kaukauna and is a major landmark for this city. Grignon Park surrounds the
mansion, and there is a paper factory across the street from this
location.

This building is private property; do
not enter in the fenced area. Tours are available for
access inside this historic mansion.
