Physical Description:
This historic building lies in the heart
of downtown Menomonie and is across the street from the academic
buildings of UW-Stout. The Mabel Tainter Theater is an
eloquent and symmetrical building that is beautifully sculpted from
stone. As of 2007, the Tainter Theater is undergoing an
expansion towards the back of the building by Crescent St.
