Driving Directions:
From the city of Medford, take Hwy 13
north. Take a right on Hwy 102 (east). Hwy 102 will go
through Rib Lake; then take a right on Lake Shore Dr in Rib Lake.
The main entrance to the campgrounds will be on the left side, and
the main entrance to Lakeview Cemetery will be a few yards from the
entrance to the campgrounds which is also on the left side, located
on Lake Shore Drive.
Physical Description:
Rib Lake Campgrounds are located on the
east side of Rib Lake in the small town of Rib Lake. There is
a moderate sized forest that surrounds the area. At the
entrance to the campgrounds, there are a few small buildings and
parking spaces for campers. Lakeview Cemetery is right next to
the parking lot where the campers may park. The cemetery is
placed on a gently sloping hill that overlooks the east side of Rib
Lake. There are a few trees in the cemetery; but for the most
part, the cemetery is fairly open, and it is easy to see the lake.
Lakeview cemetery is fairly large, and the markers are neatly placed
in rows. The main entrance to the cemetery is on Lake Shore
Drive, and a one lane paved road circles the cemetery.

this investigation in May of 2006, the only unusual
evidence gathered from our instruments were a few
pictures with some noticeable orbs. From this
evidence, another investigation at Rib Lake
Campgrounds and Lakeview Cemetery is needed to make
a proper case classification.
