Driving Directions:
To get to Boltonville Rd, from I 43 south, take the Hwy AA (west) exit to Oostburg, passing through the city.  Follow Hwy AA as it turns into Hwy A and continue west on this road as it bends and turns (13 miles from Oostburg).  Take a left on Boltonville Rd and follow this road south to the Washington County line, which will take you into the small town of Boltonville.  Take a left on Hwy X and this road will turn into Jay Road going east.  It will end at the shoreline of Lake Michigan, stretching for about twenty five miles past Boltonville.

Physical Description:
Boltonville Road is a smaller road that is in the quiet south western section of Sheboygan County.  This road is mainly surrounded by open fields, many of which are farmer's fields.  There are a few houses and a smaller area of isolated trees.  The Mink Creek passes through this road by the Washington County line.  This road continues into Washington County, passing through and ending by the city of Boltonville.
Jay Road is a long stretch of road that originates in Boltonville and goes through Washington and Ozaukee Counties.  The marshy part of Jay Road and one of the bigger bridges is located about two miles outside of Boltonville in Washington County.  The North Branch of the Milwaukee River cuts through this marsh.  There are seven noticeable bridges on the entirety of Jay Road.

Boltonville Road is mostly located in Sheboygan County while Jay Road is located in Ozaukee and Washington Counties.  The haunted stop sign of Sheboygan County is also located on a part of this road.

Why is Boltonville Road-Jay Road-Seven Bridges Road Haunted?

*This location is supposedly haunted by a women who was harassed by kids who would kill her cats.-SL
*Somehow her house caught on fire and she cursed all the kids and the land and went inside to die.-SL


*Apparently a women was jogging down Jay Road at some early part in the morning.  A drunk driver either did not see her or was unable to stop in time to avoid hitting her (If you drive this length of the road you will see that there is no shoulder).  Her body was then knocked into the swamp.-SL
*No one knows if this incident was reported to the police, and her body was never recovered.-SL

Alleged Paranormal Activity

*When you drive down this road, you can still hear cats running around the burning remains of her home.-SL
*The part of Jay Road that runs through a swamp is very dark and ominous (This part of the road is closed during the winter because of flooding and ice).-SL


*People traveling this road have reported seeing a haze appear just outside their headlights; when your vehicle catches up to the entity, it appears as a figure of a women in a jogging outfit.  She will jog down the road in front of your vehicle for about fifty feet before she turns to face you, and you literally hit her.-SL
*Some have had this lady vanish on their hoods while others say they have seen her head appear in their vehicles (which are stopped), and then the vehicles will not start back up.-SL
*This women is trying to stop people so that her body may be put to proper rest.-SL
*On the brightest days of summer, this part of Jay Road (where the jogger was hit) is cold, dark, and extremely quiet.-SL
