November 26th, 2006: It has been a long time for an update, for I have been busy with some other activities.  For the next month, I will be dedicated to this website to finish all of my undergoing projects.  In the past two months, WIX has updated and received 12 new pieces of equipment plus has revamped our flashlight capabilities and overhauled our battery inventory.  All of this equipment can be viewed in the Equipment section.  The only investigation that was performed in this past time was a private investigation at a hotel in downtown Antigo from other paranormal investigators in that area who invited us to do an investigation.  This was the first investigation where we used all of our newly acquired equipment and was also a first for WIX to perform an investigation based upon a request by another party.  Overall, the investigation was both successful and productive and was a great learning and building experience for our team.  Within the next month, I plan on updating a new formal procedure on how this investigation team performs its investigations based on a breakdown into teams, and I also plan to reform our formal investigation report.  Lastly, now that I completely know how to use the interactive map feature, I hope to have all the locations added by Christmas.  On an unrelated note, I would like to wish my good friend, Adam, a happy 21st birthday- This one is for Adam.  Best holiday wishes to all.-Kyle

October 3rd, 2006: Well, just updating the ol' page again.  This update is mainly a technical one.  Many grammatical errors have been fixed including all of the apostrophe errors.  I also edited some of the haunted locations under Wisconsin's Haunted Locations.  Some new links have also been added.  Lastly, there is another picture up in the Evidence section.  This picture is from Witch Road and was originally overlooked through our analysis stages.  As of right now, WIX does not know what to classify this picture as; so if anyone would like to offer their opinion and expertise, it would be much appreciated.  Until next time, best of wishes to all.-Kyle

September 8th, 2006: Alright, alright, alright, time for another update.  It seems that the comma and quotation problem has been fixed; so within the next month all of the wording on this webpage will be edited for that change.  I have added some new links to the Links section and new members to the Team section.  Also, thanks to Troy Taylor on behalf of Ghosts of the Prairie, he has given WIX permission to use his claims and stories for the haunted places that he has listed on his webpage for Wisconsin.  I have added these stories to the locations that WIX has been to under Wisconsin's Haunted Locations.  Also under this section, there is a new interactive map that should be completed within the next few months that will pinpoint every haunted location in the state that WIX has been to on a state map with streets and addresses, which will make finding and traveling to these locations even easier.  The Fall Season is under way, and WIX will be traveling to and investigating some new and previously researched haunted places around the Stevens Point area.  Look forward to some new investigative reports.  It seems like WIX is full of surprises because we all like that.  Well until then, best of times to everyone!-Kyle

August 7th, 2006: What is going on yal?  My apologies for the long update, as I had to complete the information for 57 new locations in our Haunted Wisconsin Database.  After our three day, 800 mile road trip around the southern part of the state and Brown County, WIX has now been to 209 of Wisconsin's haunted locations.  The brand new locations that are posted are all of Brown, Dodge, Jefferson, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha Counties.  Check these places out!  Also, I added information about our investigation at Greenwood Cemetery by Nekoosa last month.  Our webpage is starting to be included in the popular search engines, and you can find WIX now on Yahoo and AltaVista.  Soon, all the main search engines will have WIX included.  This webpage has also seen a rise in visitation in the last month, as people have come here through these search engines.  Erik and I will be working on a map feature for the haunted Wisconsin locations in the next few weeks which will hopefully make these locations even easier to find and recognize.  I will keep these updates posted.  Until then, take it easy.-Kyle  

June 30th, 2006: WIX is now an official webpage on the world wide web!  Today this webpage officially launched, as we submitted this site to Yahoo, AltaVista, Google, and MSN.  Search for WIX in about a month on these search engines!-Kyle

June 16th, 2006: Yo, yo, yo.  It has been a long time for a WIX page update.  Hopefully within a month this page will be an official website.  As for now, this update is quite extensive.  First, there are new photos for these locations: by Weyauwega: Marsh Road, Nekoosa: Old Alexander Middle School, Readfield: Readfield Cemetery, Wisconsin Rapids: Forest Hill Cemetery, by Stevens Point: Boy Scout Lane, and Neillsville: Lone Grave Cemetery.  Also, for Lone Grave Cemetery, there is a provided link which gives a nice description of this location's history.  And lastly, there are new location pages for Wisconsin Rapids: Abandoned School, Stevens Point: University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point-Nelson Hall, Keshena: Menominee Casino-Bingo-Hotel, Keshena: Menominee Tribal Police Department, Menominee County: County Road VV, Bowler: Bowler High School and Middle School, by Shawano County and Outagamie County Line: Chicken Alley, Shawano: Old Sacred Heart Rectory, Kaukauna: Charles A. May 13th, 2006: This is WIX's first news update!  Today I updated all of the 2006 calendars and I added two of WIX's best pictures to the evidence link.  I would also like to remind viewers that because of some programming issues we still cannot use apostrophes and quotation marks in text yet, so there are many grammatical errors where apostrophes are needed, especially for possession type cases.  Also, the html WIX report under the evidence link shows up with a lot of question marks on the page and so does Founder's Cemetery Park under the Wisconsin's Haunted Locations.  Hopefully we can get these errors fixed soon.- Kyle
