These are the people who have actively participated in one or more WIX paranormal investigations at one or more of the rumored haunted locations in Wisconsin.  WIX simply stands for Wisconsin X: the WI is Wisconsin  abbreviated while the capital X represents the unknown or paranormal aspect of our group.  Many members of WIX like to believe that the X came from the famous tv show, the X-Files.  In fact, the X is from our first group name, Xink (pronounced X-ink).  As of now, WIX does not have a formal team or regular members.  We go to and investigate these sites with people who are readily available, are serious about our mission, and who have a basic understanding of how to use the provided equipment properly.

Our group started in the early summer of 2005 under the name of Xink.  With a primitive understanding of how to investigate a rumored haunted site and with limited equipment, we could not conduct a fairly accurate classification of these sites.  However, as the summer went on, our experience grew and our equipment selection greatly expanded.  By the end of the summer, we were operating under the name of WIX, which we actively research and investigate any haunted Wisconsin location.  As time goes on, we will only gain more insight in the paranormal research field with more members gaining a better understanding of how to perform a proper investigation.

About Me: Michelle is attending UW-Oshkosh with a major in policy change through grass-roots and non-profit organizations with an emphasis in environment.  She enjoys staying active in politics and fighting for those who do not have voices.  Michelle is the co-chair of WISPIRG at Oshkosh and she is from Brodhead.

About Me: Alex attends UW-Stevens Point and is majoring in computer information science.  He aspires to be the tyrannical ruler of a small nation but is otherwise engaged in lunacy.

	Name: Eric Dresang Places Investigated: Lawrence Cemetery Belief in Ghosts: At first, Eric believed everything connected with ghosts was all fake.  However, after ghost-hunting and investigating, he thinks there could be evidence out there to prove the existence of ghosts. About Me: Eric is attending UW-Oshkosh after two years at UW-Manitowoc.  His major is accounting and he enjoys basketball and tennis.  Eric is from Manitowoc.

She absolutely believes in the possibility though, there are just some situations and circumstances that make it hard to dispute. About Me: Amy is a freshman at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is majoring in Radio/TV/Film. When she finishes, school she plans on getting a career in the video editing field.

	Name: Derrik Johnson Places Investigated: Avon Cemetery, Scotch Hill Cemetery Belief in Ghosts: Ghosts have been in his life since he was born. Derrik ended up living in two haunted houses. One house being a little evil, but that was only in the basement. There seemed to be a friendly spirit upstairs, kind of like a poltergeist. It would play around with them; but in the end, did not seem harmless. Yet, when he went into the basement, he had an eerie feeling. The second house was not bad at all. His family just knew there was something in the attic. About Me: Derrik is a business major at UW-Whitewater. He loves haunted houses (fake and real), Halloween, and all the horror movies. He lived in Brodhead and enjoys wrestling and weight lifting.
